Product prices

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) on each product page. The treatment of taxes and import duties applicable to the destination is displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Shipping charges and delivery

Standard tracked Japan Post shipping is included in the product price. Orders are normally dispatched from Japan within five business days after payment authorization. Delivery time varies by destination, and customs, weather, transportation, or local carrier conditions may cause delays.

Additional charges

No separate fee is charged for standard shipping. Unless checkout states that taxes and duties are included or collected, import duties, import VAT or sales tax, customs clearance fees, and other local charges are the buyer's responsibility. FedEx or DHL is available only as an optional paid upgrade when requested and available.

Payment

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are available through Shopify Payments. Payment is captured when the order is confirmed. Available methods are shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Contact us by email within 30 days after delivery and provide the order number, photographs, and details of the issue. A return or refund may be considered for a wrong item, a material difference from the description, an undisclosed essential missing part, or documented transit damage.

Returns are generally not accepted for buyer's remorse, opened new items, minor package wear, manufacturer paint variation, or pre-owned condition issues already disclosed. Approved refunds are normally issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Return shipping and pre-owned items

Japotyle covers return shipping when the wrong item was shipped or the problem is attributable to us. For an exceptional buyer-requested return that we approve, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping, customs documentation, and secure packing.

販売価格

各商品ページに米ドル（USD）で表示された価格です。配送先に応じて適用される税金および関税の取扱いは、商品ページまたはチェックアウト画面に表示されます。

配送手数料と商品配達期間

通常配送には追跡番号付きの日本郵便を利用し、送料は商品価格に含まれています。決済の承認後、原則として5営業日以内に日本から発送します。到着時期は配送先により異なり、通関、天候、輸送事情または現地配送会社の状況により遅延する場合があります。

追加料金

通常配送について別途請求する料金はありません。チェックアウト画面で税金・関税が含まれている、または徴収済みと表示される場合を除き、輸入関税、輸入VAT・売上税、通関手数料および現地費用は購入者の負担です。FedExまたはDHLは、希望があり手配可能な場合のみ有料オプションとして提供します。

決済方法とタイミング

Shopify PaymentsによるVisa、Mastercard、American Express、Shop Pay、Apple PayおよびGoogle Payをご利用いただけます。代金は注文確定時に決済され、実際に利用可能な方法はチェックアウト画面に表示されます。

返品および返金

商品に問題がある場合は、商品到着後30日以内にメールでご連絡のうえ、注文番号、写真および問題の内容をご提示ください。誤った商品、説明との重大な相違、説明のない重要な部品不足、または証拠を確認できる配送中の破損は、返品または返金の対象となる場合があります。

お客様都合、開封済みの新品、軽微な外箱の擦れ、メーカーによる塗装差、または説明済みの中古品の状態を理由とする返品は原則として受け付けません。承認された返金は、返品商品を受領し状態を確認した後に行います。

返品送料および中古品

当店の誤発送または当店の責任による不備の場合は返品送料を当店が負担します。例外として承認されたお客様都合の返品では、追跡可能な返送方法の送料、通関書類の作成および安全な梱包をお客様にご負担いただきます。
