Shipping Policy
Japotyle ships authentic Japanese figures and collectibles to international collectors. Shipping availability can change depending on carrier restrictions, customs rules, and destination conditions.
Standard shipping is included
No separate basic shipping fee is added for standard service at checkout. Orders to the United States are shipped by FedEx or DHL under DAP terms. FedEx or DHL may also be available as a paid upgrade for other destinations where service is available and the item can be accepted by the carrier.
Handling time
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese public holidays, carrier holidays, or periods when additional order verification is required.
Unavailable destinations
Some destinations cannot be shipped to due to carrier suspension, sanctions, conflict, customs risk, or logistics restrictions. Please refer to the Shipping & Customs page before ordering if your destination may require manual review.
DAP customs terms
Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place, formerly commonly described as DDU). Import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, and any local taxes or charges are the buyer's responsibility and must be paid in the destination country.
Refusal and address issues
We cannot refund orders that are refused, abandoned, returned, delayed, or destroyed because of unpaid customs charges, refusal to receive the shipment, incorrect or incomplete address information, inability to contact the buyer, or failure to complete local import procedures.
