    The item and the US$5 photo service appear separately in your cart and order.

    Review actual photos

    Japotyle secures the item in Japan and emails photos of the actual item and package before dispatch.

  4. 04

    Approve or decline

    Approve the pictured item to release it for shipping, or decline it before dispatch.

About the photo preparation fee

The fee covers locating, handling, photographing, and holding the specific pre-owned item. It becomes non-refundable once the photos have been provided.

Fair exception If the pictured item materially differs from the listing description, the US$5 fee is refunded together with the affected item.

Decline

The affected Used item is canceled and refunded. The US$5 fee remains non-refundable after photos are provided. Other items in the order can continue.
